Carrot Pudding  Recipe

        Ingredients

Boiled Carrot – 2
Condensed Milk- 4 tbsp
Eggs -4
Sugar-4 tbsp
Milk powder -4 tbsp
Ghee -1 & 1/2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence -1 tsp

Step-1

Add boiled carrots, 4 eggs, milk powder, sugar, vanilla essence 1 tsp into a blender and blend it.

Step-2

Heat the saucepan and add ghee and pour the blended mixture into the saucepan.

Step-3

Cook on low flame


Step-4

Stop the flame when it thickens


Step-5

Pour into the desired bowl and refrigerate.

Step-6

After it garnishes with almonds  & serves
