Caramel Pudding Recipe With Only 3 Ingredients
Caramel pudding can be prepared in many ways but in this blog, we will be writing about how to make caramel pudding with only 3 ingredients. And it’s super easy to make.
So let’s get into it.
Egg – 4 large eggs
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk – 2 cups
Nuts – for decoration (optional)
Add eggs and half cup sugar into the blender and blend
Add milk to the blender and blend and keep it aside
For making caramel add a half cup of sugar into a pan and swirl instead of stir.
Pour the caramel into your desired bowl and add the nuts top of it.
Check whether the caramel is set and pour the mix and egg mixture.
Now, bake this at 160-degree Celcius from 45 to 55 minutes.
Let it cool and after that refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
