       Milk Cake is the most popular in Mexico and Latin America. The milk cake recipe is easy that pretty much anyone without much baking knowledge can bake it.

When I tasted the cake I really fell in love with the dessert it had the right flavor, sweetness and I would really love to make it once more just to calm my sweet tooth.

Main ingredients needed.

Ingredients

All-purpose flour-170 gm
Condensed milk – 200gm
Milk – 1 cup
Thick Cream – 160 ml
Egg – 5 nos
Sugar – 1 cup
Whipping Cream – 1 & 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp

 Cake For Tres Leche

Take a medium bowl, add the eggs and beat it. Add vanilla extract while continuously beating. Then add sugar and beat until its fluffy. After it keeps it aside for later use.


     Another bowl sieve the all-purpose flour. Add the sieved all-purpose flour into the egg mix gradually and fold the mix well.

In a microwave-safe pan grease it with oil or butter using a brush or a cloth and dust it with all-purpose flour. Remove the excess flour after dusting the pan.


  Pour the batter into the microwave-safe pan and the pan should be tapped as there is a chance the air bubble will be trapped in the batter.


 Now take the batter and bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes in your microwave oven.

The Main Process For The Sponge

While we bake the batter, Take another bowl to add milk, condensed milk, and thick cream, Mix well and keep it aside. This is the main ingredient of our cake.


Take the whipping cream and beat it and Fill the whipping cream in a piping bag and refrigerate for 10 minutes. For later use.


Take out the cake that we baked and poke holes in it while it is still hot. So that the cake can soak in the milk mixture. Pour the milk mixture on the top and keep it refrigerated for at least 1 hour until it gets soaked well in the milk.

Final Touch For Tres Leches Cake


Now take out your whipped cream and spread it on top of the cake. Take out the chilled piping bag and garnish it on top of the cake. Also, you can add almonds slices, pistachios or dries roses we used almond slices.


We refrigerated it for 2 hours and Pour the milk mix while serving as this will increase the sweet texture of the tres leches milk cake.
