Ghee Cake Recipe

             

Ingredients

All-purpose flour -1 &1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1cup
Butter -1/2 cup
Baking Powder -1 Tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1tsp
salt -1 pinch
Milk- 1/4 cup
Eggs- 2

Step-1

In a Bowl with all-purpose flour add baking powder and salt.Mix well using a spatula or spoon.
and Keep it aside

Step -2

Take another bowl and add ghee and powdered sugar and beat.

Step-3

Add  1 tsp of vanilla essence and beat well.

Step-4

Add 2 eggs one at a time and beat it.

Step-5

Add all-purpose flour and milk gradually and beat.


Step-6

Grease the pan with oil and all-purpose flour

Step-7

The batter is now ready and pours it into a pan.

Step-8

Tap the pan for removing the air bubbles from the batter.

Step-9

Bake it for 35 minutes at 180-degree celsius

Step-10

Let it cool and serve it.
